Support Roller

Support roller to support a family of vessels ranging from 16″ to 40″ diameter for robotic welding. Support sits on v rails for manual location adjustment. Large diameter rollers support vessels and are manually positionable to accommodate the large range of diameters. Dual screw jacks are connected via drive rod. A hex drive detail allows for quick raising and lowering actuation using an impact driver. A foot brake with rubber pad holds position against the v rail track. that is lagged to the floor.
