Adhesive Fixture

Manual fixture to apply adhesive to a plastic substrate for the automotive industry. The tooling required both right hand and left hand versions for both front and rear doors. An anit-adhesion coating was applied to keep the adhesive from sticking to the fixture and building up over time. Predetermined rotation locations are utilized and are held in place with a ball detent stop for easy manual indexing from load side to the back side. Expandability to a pneumatic cylinder has been designed in for future efficiency realizations.
